Turbochargers repairing, includes:

- purification of the entire system with particular emphasis on oil channels, turbine wheel, compressor wheel,
- replacement of labyrinth seals, o-rings, fasteners, fixings,
- replacement of bearings of transverse and longitudinal,
- verification and exchange of labyrinth seals,
- dynamic balancing,
- regulation of pressure control value (if provided turbocharger design),

Each turbocharger after repair is tested in terms of efficiency. Working conditions of turbochargers are here similar to those that prevail in the combustion engine.

We are offering 12-month warranty with no limit of engine hours.
